All students deserve equal access to both intervention and enrichment opportunities. Too often, resources are concentrated on one group while others—especially high-performing students—are overlooked.

Students must also be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. Creating a positive learning environment includes not only equitable support, but also ensuring schools are clean, safe, and conducive to learning. School conditions and adult behavior directly impact student success and well-being.
